Yutaka wheat free reduced salt soy sauce is made from soy beans, corn, salt and naturally occurring alcohol. Nothing else is added to the soy sauce and it is naturally free from wheat and wheat gluten. We have also reduced the salt content to 9% without compromising the flavour.
