Light & crispy tempura
Wheat flour [Wheat flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, folic acid], Modified wheat starch, Raising agents[Calcium carbonate, Diphosphates, Sodium bicarbonate], Emulsifier [ Mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids].

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
1. Prepare ingredients (Such as Chicken, Prawn, vegetables)
2. 2. Mix the tempura batter with ice-cold water (Batter : Water ratio = 1 : 1.4). Do not over mix. Dip the ingredients into the mixed batter.
3. 3. Deep fry with cooking oil at 170°C – 180°C until cooked through.
