A Traditional Japanese Recipe
Water, Konjac flour (2.4%), Seaweed powder, Firming agent: Calcium hydroxide.
Keep in a cool and dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume on the same day.
Drain and rinse. Add to your favourite sauces, stir-fries or soups and cook for 2-3 mins.
