Udon Noodles 450g
Japanese-Style Thick Wheat Noodles.
Ideal For Soups & Stir-Fries
Water, Wheat flour, Cassava starch, Salt, Acidity regulator [Lactic acid], Thickener [Sodium alginate].

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume on the same day.
1. Remove the noodles from the bag and wash gently.
2. Add the noodles to a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for approx. 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and drain. Serve with hot soup or add to stir-fries.
