Japanese-Style Tempura Batter Mix 1kg
Light & Crispy Tempura
Wheat flour, Potato starch, Salt, Rasing agents [Glucono-delta-lactone, Calcium phosphates, Sodium carbonates], Corn starch, Sugar, Garlic powder, Turmeric Powder.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
1. Prepare ingredients (Such as Chicken, Prawn, vegetables)
2. Mix the tempura batter with ice-cold water (Batter : Water ratio = 1 : 1.5). Do not over mix. Dip the ingredients into the mixed batter.
3. Deep fry with cooking oil at 170°C - 180°C until cooked through.
