Content:

Ingredients
Eel (70%) (Anguilla Japonica) (Fish), Soy sauce [Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Water], Water, Sugar, Maltose, Fermented seasoning [Rice, Alcohol], Emulsifier [Hydroxy propyl starch], Salt, Yeast extract, Thickener [Xanthan gum].

Storage Information
Keep product frozen. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Do not re-freeze.

Usage

Cooking Instructions From Frozen

To oven cook:
1. Open packet and wrap the frozen eel in tin foil.
2. Bake in 180oC oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve.

To microwave (800W):

Pierce film and place the pack of frozen eel on a microwavable plate. Cook for 2-3 minutes.  

To boil:

1. Place the frozen eel packet into boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from packaging and serve.
Simply serve with steamed rice. Alternatively, slice cooked eel and cucumber into 1cm width and make a sushi roll ("Una-Q")!
