Noodles: Wheat flour, Buckwheat flour, Salt, Antioxidant [Extract of tocopherol], Emulsifiers [Glycerol, Glycerol esters of fatty acids].
Soy sauce [Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol], Sugar, Bonito flakes (Fish), Dried kelp, Mirin [Sugar, Rice, Alcohol], Salt, Fermented seasoning (Sugar syrup, Alcohol, Rice, Salt), Flavour enhancers [Monosodium glutamate, Disodium 5’-ribonucleotide], Acidity regulator [Citric acid].

Store in a cool, dry place.
1. Open bowl and remove contents. Remove film from noodles and place in the bowl. Add boiling water up to the mark on the bowl.
2. Close the lid and leave for 4 minutes. Warm the soup and preserved garnish by placing the sachets on top of the lid while you wait.
3. Add the soup and mix well. Serve with red chilli pepper.
